Greetings folks!
I would like everyone’s advice on my situation. I started assembling my CAS report in March of 2013 but I had a final obligation with one school (freshman year grades). I failed to withdraw from the university the correct way and so the school charged me for the courses. I agreed to pay the money that I owed and was placed on a payment plan.
Now fast forward to present day and $ 17,000 later I finally have the transcript and I notified LSAC as well. I requested in writing that the school be added to my CAS report while the transcript is sent to their HQs.
Here is the issue-- I’m worried that I may have walked into some misconduct issues with LSAC since I failed to disclose the school on my CAS report. I called LSAC and I stated the situation and they explained that they will update my CAS report and send an updated copy to all schools that I had applied to "and thats it!". Do any of you all see this as an issue to be concerned about ?

Re: Transcript disclosure
If it is being updated at your request and it doesn't appear that you are trying to hide anything from schools you apply to, I don't see how it could be an issue. If it were discovered later, and was obvious that you knew and had just failed to report it, then it would probably come across as dishonest.

Cool! Thanks for the input. Hiding anything from the law schools was never my objective. I wrote an addendum to each law school explaining that I had a financial obligation and as a result my freshman year grades will not be included on my CAS report.
