Fee Waiver Visibility Forum

I (along with everybody else) am currently getting a lot of emails from schools that are offering me fee waivers for the upcoming application cycle. When one begins the application process are they able to see a list of schools that have offered them a waiver? Or should I be keeping a personal list of the schools that have offered it so that I can be sure to apply there?
Just curious how that functions
