Georgia State c/o 2019 splitter chances

Question for those in the know and are familiar with Georgia State. What are the chances for a splitter (sub 25% GPA with a 75% or better LSAT). I take the LSAT in December with similar PT scores in that zone so far. I'm 10 years disconnected from that GPA in which I'll be writing an addendum for due to multiple family illnesses and the death of my father. I also have extensive work experience in a related field. What does Georgia State usually look most favorably upon in the personal statement?
