None of this is to say splitters are worse off than they were at NYU. At this point it's clear NYU has decided a smaller class size just isn't in the cards, so they'll always be hustling to add more high LSAT students to keep that median in line with a number of other T-14s. If it makes you feel better, think about a 170 LSAT of 5 years ago the way you'd think about a 168/169 (call it a 168.5) today.
