Hi guys,
ive been out of undergrad for a year and have been working at a consulting firm as a full-time consultant. Ive had a close working relationship with one of the partners at my firm and I believe he could write a strong letter for my application. However I've read elsewhere on this forum that generally admission officers highly favor academic LORs over employer LORs.
Now for T-14 Schools (more specifically HYS), should I attach the Employer letter as the 3rd LOR or should I not attach it at all?

If you have the letter and you think it will be strong, I don't see any reason not to attach it as your 3rd letter.

Re: Employer LOR Advice
Hello There!
I hope all is well.
In terms of letters of recommendation, the admissions department definitely wants to get a letter from a professor to see how you can perform academically. However, for your third letter, a letter from an employer should help, especially if the person will write a strong letter highlighting your strengths and vouching for you as a potential law student.
I hope this helps and best of luck!
