I really think this is a useless discussion until it is done - but I would probably disclose at this point

Any witnesses ? Any evidence of physical harm or damage to property ? What did you tell the police ? No need to answer these questions, but this should be your primary concern. Might be best to keep quiet until resolved unless required to disclose.

dude please stop talking about this ongoing case. this could have a huge impact on your future. your username has your first name and your school in it. law school admissions people do, in fact, come on these boards and if they do, they'll vanity search for the name of their law school and find these posts and wonder who they know who is applying who has your first name and went to your school.
not only that, disclosure (or failure to disclose) on an application could seriously affect your ability to be admitted to the bar, and you need to consider that. but first, you need to know if you're going to get kicked out of school. and you should be thinking about getting a job that is not related to this kind of thing until it's resolved and you know one way or the other. there are a lot of great jobs that do not require character and fitness type standards of behavior. it'll be okay if you genuinely didn't do this. but you need to be smart and think about the long-term.
good luck, but seriously, stop talking.

dude remove all personally-identifiable info from your OP. don't post your LSAT score, GPA, or the location of your UG college. none of that is relevant to this question, and it makes you personally-identifiable. the fact that you have an "X" after your LSAT score and GPA helps cover your tracks a *little*, but not enough.
