Addendum for mental disorder?
I developed an OCD/anxiety disorder the beginning of my sophomore year of college that became impossible to control during my spring semester. I would at times not be able to study or concentrate in class because my mind would focus solely on the cleanliness and order of my surroundings. I began seeing a specialist during the semester that helped me make the issue more manageable, but by the time things got better my grades were shot. I ended up with a 2.5 GPA with my only two C's in college. My GPA overall is a 3.6 and a 3.81 not including that semester. Would my situation warrant an addendum addressing this issue because that semester stands out among the others? Is this the type of issue that law schools want to see addressed in addendums? Thank you for your help with this question.

Re: Addendum for mental disorder?
The GPA stands regardless if you address it with an addendum. Personally, i would not write one because A) it likely won't improve your chances much and B) you will be revealing mental health issues and they have a stigma attached to them. The risk is not worth the reward.
If you had had cancer or had a relative die, then i would write one.
