You do want to paint a consistent picture of yourself/your goals so even overlap can be helpful. I would recommend providing it - if they don't want it, they'll ignore it.

eta: When I write LoR for students, I rarely read any personal statements but will ask them to give me a summary of the attributes they'd especially like highlighted along with a behavioral example of each. I don't always use all of them, but they help me fill in the blanks on students I've only had in 1-2 classes.

If your PS simply outlines the attributes your LOR writers are going to talk about it's probably not a very helpful PS. LOR writers talk about your performance in their courses and your academic abilities, ideally as compared to other students they've taught. I don't know why a PS would also be talking about these things.

Also, you're overthinking it.

I sent out my PS and resume to my recommenders. It helps for them to know why you want to do law school, as it allows them to speak to your reasons.
