Exact same thing here; I honestly thought that I was being duped in some way by the Georgetown email. I kept waiting to see if it was Georgetown School of Law at Buffalo, NY or something like that. Only when the email said their medians did I actually believe it was GULC.

You should be able to unsubscribe from individual schools once you get the first email from them.

But yeah, you'll get a lot of those emails no matter what.

It would be helpful to keep a running thread of when schools start sending fee waivers. Especially closer to when apps come out, so if people want to email and ask for one, they can time it alright (e.g. not way early compared to when waivers go out). You know, anything to entertain ourselves before apps start going in and decisions start coming out.
I just created a thread doing this. I tried to filter out the more obscure schools. Good suggestion.

Did you have Georgetown listed on your LSAC profile, or was it completely unsolicited? Also I agree on the TTT schools, although it is amusing to get an email from Jims school of law that is like come here in the fall with a full tuition scholarship!

I think I do have them listed as one I will apply too. Was pretty nice getting their email among all the garbage ones. I just don't get it. Do they really honestly think someone with a 173 and 3.X gpa will be going to Jim's school of law? Awesome, I'll graduate with minimum debt but have no job :)
I didn't have GTown listed on my LSAC profile, nor had I ever done anything to express interest, so I believe they are sending them out completely unsolicited

It's not like they put a lot of effort in, they just send it to everyone who took the LSAT lol
