OP, try to fill out as much information as you can, but if you are missing some information, cannot approximate it, or don't know it, you can leave it blank.

The amount of time you took to type this post and wait for responses probably outweighs the amount of time it would have taken you to just fill it out.

Some schools use your GPA to send you fee waivers, so you should fill it out.
