168/3.9 from Stanford. Am 1/4 Hispanic.
Want to go to schools like Columbia and UVA. Unsure whether to retake.

Apply, assess, then accept or retake.

Non-URMs with your stats were getting Dillards this cycle. Which doesn't mean you shouldn't retake- if you think you could do better, you should. But you'll have decent options.

Thanks for the input. I know I could score higher but it would take a lot of studying for the RC and I don't want to just spend that money if I could do well with my solid score.

My dad's mom came from Mexico with her family. I learned Spanish on my own in high school and my mom's family is quite white so I always mark White, Hispanic but that part of my dad's family was the only one I ever had close relations with so it is relevant. I only did 4 PTs because I was finishing up my last term and had the LSAT during finals week. Had one at 170, and another at 169. If my RC were down to -3 consistently instead of -6 (which I did on test and for practice tests) that's 2 or 3 points easily. I've got LG down at least so nothing would go lower for me from the June score.Mack.Hambleton wrote:What kind of Hispanic
