Come back when you have an LSAT score. Focus on the LSAT and don't fall back on your URM status.

Agreed. Focus on the LSAT. Your low GPA will not help you out with these schools either. You need a BETTER score to have hope at UVA or Cornell. URM status does not solve everything all the time.

I definitely wouldn't ED emory no matter what your LSAT score ends up being. That's a lot of debt to commit to...

Thanks for the advice. I would only ED Emory because to me it one of the best schools I have a realistic shot at. I'm not even sure I would like Virginia very much but it is a much better school. I have decisions to make.
