So I have a choice between these 4 schools.
Cornell at sticker price
Georgetown at 10k a year, 30k total
USC at 32k a year, 96k total
LMU at full ride
I want to practice in Southern California after law school, and my plan is to try for big law, but I understand that my 1L GPA/grades matter tremendously.
What are the pros and cons of each? If you were me, what would you do?

Are the amounts listed above scholarship or total COA? If you can go to GULC for 30K total, then do that.

LMU is out based on goals. And if I'm reading that right the other 3 are too expensive. The job prospects don't justify the cost.
I would retake the LSAT for more scholarship money.

I would go to Cornell or Georgetown based on your goals. USC is a pretty good school if you want to practice in California, but I would eat the extra debt if you're Biglaw or bust.

Need to provide cost of attendance (not scholarship total) for each to get good advice.
