Do you think a 16-month internship between 3rd and 4th year counts as a year of WE in the eyes of adcoms? It's a full time paid position and not in an administrative role. Wondering if I'm essentially a KJD or if I'll get a WE boost.

They don't have formulas or anything, but it'll help. Make sure its clear that you were paid and had substantive experience.
