you could retake the lsat. What school are we talking about? If it's not a cheap state school, even if you're accepted to this place, going is probably a bad idea. Not going to get any scholarship with stats like that.

yeah retake the lsat in june and do better. Tell them you are retaking it and they are more prone to waitlist you; not knowing anything about the particular school, as a "joeschmoe" white dude you're probably in line for a ding here.

That is a very low sticker cost and gives me some idea of what range the school is in. In that range, I would expect you to be admitted with numbers at 25ths, barring weaknesses in the rest of your app. Just hold tight for another week or two, and if you still haven't heard, you could send an email indicating your interest in the school.

T1 is a meaningless distinction; the adcomm is probably not going to give good advice either

Also if this is what school I think this is (I have a pretty good idea), they make decisions pretty slowly (and late in the cycle).
