Final GPA

Since you submit your application before you've finished UG are they considering your GPA at the point in time in which you submit the application? Can you update your GPA after submitting an application if they haven't made a decision yet?

yes and yes. Whenever your UG GPA updates, send that transcript to LSAC. Whether or not schools have made decisions, they will get the updated transcript in 1-2 weeks.
