Is it possible to use a higher June LSAT to negotiate yourself off a waitlist? Has anyone been successful in doing this? Any help is appreciated!

Yes. People have done it. It's not uncommon. Just know that you obviously have to deposit to a school. If you decide against that school, you lose the deposit.
