You know you guys don't have to go full on creepy and google people when they come here for advice, right? that's kind of messed up.

ETA: not sure how this will affect you getting into other schools, but you might talk to a C&F lawyer to see if going back is even worth it.

Re: damnit. got kicked out.
Unless you're coming from a Top-5 law school and have an incredibly good excuse, there's no school in the United States (worth going to) that will be willing to accept you. To be honest, I don't even know if an expelled student with a 1.9 GPA from NYU would fare much of an admittance chance. I think, at this point, it's much better to cut your losses. Losing $100,000 is better than losing $250,000 and I think a former expulsion would follow you wherever you go, should you choose to pursue a legal career.dr_sn0w wrote:no comment.
so, back to the comment (-adhd), anybody have any ideas? 40 credits and all of those dollars plus interest are terrible things to waste. thanks to those that aren't sitting around looking for something else to write other than the question at hand. thanks.

Re: damnit. got kicked out.
barring personal tragedy, how does one get a 1.9 at an American law school?
Top grades might be hard, but schools are generally "fee for degree" model. Law might not be for you.

Re: damnit. got kicked out.
Well chicken,
This guy came in to ask about failing out of a law school and how to go back. Then someone started linking to his social media accounts and stuff which was kind of odd, then those people surprisingly and very respectfully independently edited their posts so as not to leave a record online for him, which was very courteous of them, then he went full asshole about it, retroactively editing his posts out with insults, totally justifying the way he was treated in the first place.

I deleted my comment soon after making it but someone quoted
anyway, I've 10000% seen that same username making racist/sexist remarks on other legal websites and, when double-checking (i assumed this was a troll based on my prior experience w/ said username) literally a website w/ some minor personal info came up + things damaging to that person's school + more pretty nasty racist/sexist remarks
