If u wanna be a lawyer, definitely retake or do not go to any of these schools. Except Memphis. Idk anything about Memphis so someone else can attest to that school.

Ha apparently you haven't master the art of reading. Also two of these schools have proven the opportunity to transfer into a T10. Don't troll on me dude.

Most people on these boards will tell you to not go to any of these schools. None of those schools are worth attending. Most of them give you a 50/50 chance at being a practicing attorney. Re-take the LSAT and re-apply, it's the only way to go.

Actually, I do know UCONN has been generous with scholarships as of late, so if you want to practice in CT and get a sizeable scholarship, it might be a decent option. But seriously, do some research and seriously consider re-taking the LSAT.

You still don't see the title of the post do you? That means the subject of the post is about if anyone has been accepted and where. Also you don't know what I want to do in law and about schools in general. My brother graduated from Ole Miss law, got into NYU's LLM in taxation and now has a 225k job in Dallas. Your recommendation to him would have been don't go to law school. Yet, he ended up at a T10 and you didn't. Please read the subject before you post next time man.

Have you already checked to see if there are threads for these schools in the Acceptances, Denials and Waitlists forum? Also check Law School Numbers to see acceptances.

LOL this thread will be good. Good for your brother. No way to say it'll apply to u too. if it does, good for you. if it doesn't, you're screwed out of $$ and time with no job. your life your bet I guess.

In reference to your actual question, just search "c/o 2018 (school)" for example: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2018+miami

TCR is to retake, but you seem like a fool & fools gonna fool.
At the very least, don't go to American with plans to transfer. They make you pay back any 1L scholarship if you transfer out (not that you would receive a scholarship with those numbers anyways).

While i agree with what most of the people in this thread have said, i'll answer your question. I got accepted into Miami two days after i submitted which was the day after i went complete. I dont know about the other schools.

Re: Has Anyone Been Accepted Yet? c/o 2018
My understanding is that an NYU tax LLM is considered a scrubbing degree. It washes away the TTT stain. It's not a very good plan. If you think you can do well enough in law school to qualify for admission to a good LLM or transfer, why not just do well enough on the LSAT now and avoid the hassle/risk?RJLama25 wrote:You still don't see the title of the post do you? I studied my ass off this last semester (NYU 1L). The class I thought I did best in gave me a B. The class I thought I did worst gave me an A. Law school performance is just impossible to predict or understand. Everyone at American is dreaming of transferring to top 10. Guess how many ACTUALLY do it? You got a poor LSAT but suddenly think you can beat >95% of your peers?

Apparently you haven't, either, considering there are multiple threads involving acceptances to some of these shit schools.RJLama25 wrote:Ha apparently you haven't master the art of reading.
Pro tip: learn to read and write before law school. Even the middling schools value that.

Creating a thread doesn't give you give some kind of dictatorial power over it. Calm down.RJLama25 wrote:You still don't see the title of the post do you?
