171, ~3.4 GPA.
Which schools (if any) should I write a Why X for? Along the same lines, should I write an optional essay for Georgetown?
I'm talking about T14 from Penn and others outside of the T14 like Vandy, WUSTL, GWU, UMinn, & Notre Dame.
**Also re-taking is out of the questions as this was my third take in the past year.

Well you're not gonna be YP'd anywhere, but I'd still write the essays since your gpa is so low
