How do admissions committees view medical withdrawals?

Hi,
So I had a health issue my junior year and was granted a medical withdrawal for two semesters that year. How will LS admissions committees view two semesters of straight W's?

write an addendum explaining that/how you're fit to attend LS now and it probably won't have any impact
