Hello TSL,
My question concerns the Academic Summary Report through LSAC. My Degree Summary GPA is 3.76 but my cumulative is a 3.71. This is because I transferred schools after my first year of college. Which GPA do the schools consider?
I am a bit angered by the cumulative because my GPA was transferred from my original school to my current school. My Degree Summary GPA (from my current school) contains the transfer GPA from my original school. I feel like my grades from the original school are being counted against me twice.
Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? I know a drop of .05 doesn't seem like much but it could mean being accepted or rejected during the application process. What should I do?

Re: Academic Summary Report -- Degree Summary vs. Cumulative
It shouldn't be counting them twice. Are you sure the grades and credits from your original school are part of your degree GPA?
