It won't make one bit of difference but if you'll feel better if you send an updated resume, then go for it.
If you actually want to increase your chances of acceptance, get a better LSAT and/or GPA (if you haven't graduated yet).

Thank you! I didn't think it would make much of a difference, but thought I would ask.
