Silly question

Post by francis5 » Thu Nov 06, 2014 6:30 pm

I have submitted one application this cycle so far, and I just realized that I provided my recommenders with the wrong "Class of" date. So two recommendations read "Class of 2017" rather than "Class of 2018" in the body of the rec.

How problematic is this?

You mean they wrote Class of 2017?
It shouldn't be a problem. Super minor mistake that won't have any impact.

I don't think this is a big deal at all. Ad comms realize your recommenders are going to make a typo and it isn't really a reflection on you. Hell, I got a brochure in the mail today that had the wrong class year on it.

Yeah, this isn't going to be an issue.
