Retake. A mere 3 points higher can get you a full ride at both.
You'll probably get some money now but the difference between scoring a 161 and a 164 is so small that I would go for it if I were you.
Illinois's new LSAT median is 161 so you're no longer above median on that front.
Iowa dropped down to 160 though, so that's good news.
