Should this only be written for yield protect schools?

Also, where do this go on the application and should it be titled "Why _______"?

You don't write a why x for the top 6. Then you write for Penn, Duke, Michigan and UVA. Not sure about Berkeley.

You attach as an addendum and name it "Why Penn" etc.
