YLS ungraduate and post-graduate activities

What is the best way to format replies to these two prompts? I'm thinking for undergrad activities, a list-type response seems warranted. For the second, something like a short essay seems preferable.

I just did a bulleted list, and had narrative explanations on my resume. Plenty of people do it the way you suggest, though, without problems. Don't sweat it. It's basically 100% redundant with your resume, and there's no good reason they keep asking for it.
