Similiar numbers (lower gpa) got me 27k/year at both BU and BC with a little back and forth arguing.

Dude totally retake. Very good GPA and if you hit your PT scores you're in really good shape. If you don't retake you're silly. Also are you K-JD?

Yep, K-JD. Issue here is the december lsat will coincide with the most intense portion of my final semester (Dec grad).

My other idea was to apply now and see what I get. If I don't like it to take some time, retake in Feb, and reapply next cycle. Dunno.

I would 100% suggest you take a year off and get WE/get out of academia for a little/enjoy life before going into the hell that is law school and the legal industry as a whole, regardless of what your scores are. Also gives you more time to prep anyway. Speaking of which, how long and how have you prepped?

If you think you can do better on the LSAT, retake. I know it sucks to prep again, but it will be very worth it even if you only gain a few points. Don't prep the same way you did before-- look for ways to improve your study methods.

Ditto with get some post-college work experience and retake. What are your goals? With your GPA your ultimate choice should be between BC/BU with a full ride and T14 with decent money.

When it comes to WE, graduating with over a year of WE at 3 different jobs (including one overseas) due to a co-op program. I'm also graduating 6 months later than a normal 4 year program due to that program.

Prepping with a private tutor. Been doing it for around 7 months at this point, dating back to before the June LSAT. It's included going over problem types in isolation, as a group, and full practice tests. Problem is, my diagnostic score, first time ever seeing the test, was a 162... so while I prep at 168-170 my official test scores have been closer to pre-prep. Not sure what is going on, and whether it is worth it to go again given the pattern of dropping a fair bit under prep scores.

I dont count Co-Ops since those are more like internships imo, nice and all, but I meant get some real full time work experience. Not just for the experience, but the gap years between college and law school were the best time I've ever had. I had disposable income, got to go out a lot, vacation to cool places withy friends, buy cool shit I didn't need, saved cash so i'm in less debt, etc.

As for studying, how many PT's did you take? Which section is bad for you? Take every PT published, there is also a site where you can plug all your scores and which questions you got wrong into a website and it will categorize each type you have issues with to spot patterns. Cant remember it now but it was awesome.

BC/BU full ride was my goal, but not attainable with the 164.
