If your stats are competitive for NYU, there's no reason to ED. Apply broadly, compare scholarship offers, and negotiate for the most cost-effective legal education you can get. If you ED, NYU has zero incentive to give you any money. You'll likely end up paying sticker or close to it.

I'm not as anti-EDing as Banjo is, but NYU actually gives zero boost for ED, so it isn't the school to ED too. I love teh school, and am attending now, but don't ED.
