All those top schools have token low stat acceptances. Those people are almost certainly wildly accomplished and have the strongest softs ever, however.

If you're looking for a glimmer of hope for yourself, obviously the correct advice is to retake.

152/3.13 is probably out at HLS/SLS unless you write a good personal statement

Ordinarily, I'd troll the hell out of you OP. But I'll be perfectly honest with you. I have no doubt all of the T14 have reached low at times. On that note, there is no floor. Yale would accept a 2.1/135 in a heartbeat if they could see the upside of doing so. My guess is that the vast majority of these super low numbers are celebrities (actors, royalty, children of business magnates, etc.). Grades are going to be irrelevant to little Prince George. Does that mean you have a shot with a 3.13/152? Hell no. For the rest of us mortals, you need that same 3.75+/174+/great softs. Otherwise, you have 0 chance.

in his defense, at least he must have been a very strong student in high school and probably scored well on the GMAT (he went to CMC for a year it seems)
