Should I include my study-abroad semester in CAS?
I studied abroad for one semester (plus a short one-month summer session) at the U of Sussex in England my junior year. I pulled straight As that semesters (for 15 credits total), though my home institution (GWU) annoyingly didn't count those grades towards my GPA, deciding to just count the credits.
I'd really like for those grades to count towards my LSAC GPA (it'd pull me up a good .7 or so), plus I'd like to be as comprehensive as possible. But the guidelines under "International Institutions" for CAS says the time spent at international institutions has to equal at least 1 year of study. I spent just 5 months at Sussex.
What should I do, y'all?
P.S. I've mentioned Sussex in the "Education" tab for all the individual school apps.

Yes, LSAC does repeatedly say that if under one year's worth of study it need not be included.
But, and don't quote me on this, because I'm only pretty sure, but if you get the institution abroad to send in your transcript, then LSAC will keep it on file. IT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARD YOUR LSAC GPA. I know that sucks for your situation (sorry), but many people often get screwed in the LSAC GPA conversion and their policy is the same for every applicant, which is a truly beautiful thing.
However, if they have the transcript on file, I am pretty sure that schools that you would apply to have the ability of viewing the transcripts at their discretion. You can add an addendum to your apps, showing the calculations of your GPA if you include those grades, and hoping that they consider them when reviewing your application for admission.
good luck bro
