Use last cycles rec's

I have a new recommendation from an academic employer. What do I do with my old recs? Do I have to hound them down to change the date? Add stuff?

I just included recs from year previous when i reapplied.

I don't think it matters, esp. since you have a new rec to go along with them. They're still valid. The date doesn't matter.
