There's really no way to be sure until LSAC actually processes your transcripts, and you can't get out of submitting transcripts, so you can either speculate here for weeks, or just send it all in and find out.
If I had to guess, I'd imagine that LSAC will count the credits once, and as they were counted at the institution at which you actually earned them. I can also see them screwing up and counting them twice, in which case you should call and point out their error.
