How important is letterhead and signature for the recommendation letter?

My recommender doesn't have MS word letterhead for electronic upload and can't add signature.

Anyone run into this?

Yes, various tls topics about rec letters refer to both letterhead and signature.

No one run into this?

ive heard that LORs are almost always written on university letterhead, but isnt it different for online one's? like if my reccomender just types it up in word and uploads it to the lsac's lor service, its good right? or are letterheads neeeded for online and paper typed ones?
