I'm confused about the employment section on the online applications. It asks for all employment history, including internships. Is this more like a security background questionnaire where you fill out literally every single stupid job you've had your entire life, OR is it suppose to be only the jobs deemed appropriate for inclusion on a polished resume? I'm guessing somewhere in between?
Similarly, how detailed should one get in the "extracurricular, community, volunteering/other" section? How many entries is appropriate? I've been out of school for many years, I know to include current volunteer work and past major college achievements (NCAA sports or student gov) but I feel a bit silly discussing college clubs/college volunteerism.
Thanks in advance!

Really a judgement call. Do what you think is best.

If it says "all" I would do all. But an easy way to find out is to just call the admissions office and ask.
