Reporting WE time

Post by PeanutsNJam » Mon Sep 08, 2014 1:41 pm

I don't currently have 2 years of WE. I started working straight out of school before my diploma was even conferred, but it hasn't been 2 years since that has happened. However, if I am attending law school in 2015, I will have worked 2 years by that time. How should I report this?

On your resume they will see when you started and I'm assuming they can figure it out. Are you asking about the question on the application where it asks for full time WE?

Yeah. I'm afraid they may have some electronic filter that sorts me into a "less than 2 years WE" category automatically. IDK if adcomms do that.

the standard forms will probably ask you for how many months you've worked full-time
they mean up to that point, not up to the point of matriculation
they're not going to put your app in a different pile or anything
but even if they did, what can you do about it?
