How bad is a Cancel on Record?

Post by dadownclub8 » Fri Aug 29, 2014 12:43 pm

I'm scheduled to take the September LSAT exam. As of now I'm thinking that it may not be realistic to get the score that I want in September but more realistically in December but I want to get the experience at the very least and cancel or at the best case feel good about my take and just keep the score to see what happens. If I were to cancel in September, how bad does a cancel look assuming I take care of business in December? I'm really not looking to take the LSAT 3 times. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't waste a take if you don't think you're ready. you may not know now if you need to retake once or twice. You may cancel this one, go on to take it again--have something crazy happen--then need to take it a third time. Shit happens. Don't go into the test anticipating to cancel.
