Academic summary report "technical difficulties"

Post by Alanar » Sat Aug 23, 2014 3:07 pm

Though all of my transcripts have been marked as "received"/"none outstanding", when I click on the "Academic Summary Report" link in my LSAC account I get a error messages that "Transcript analysis data not on file". At first I assumed it took a few days to generate the report (though I couldn't find anything about delays associated with submitting your last transcript and being able to view your report), but all of my transcripts have been received by LSAC for a week now. After emailing LSAC, I was told they were aware of the issue, experiencing "technical difficulties", working on getting it resolve quickly, can't email me my report, etc.. After searching for the specific error message, I've seen a few threads from 2008-09 that mostly indicate the message is associated with not all transcripts being received/processed.

Is anyone else experiencing problems? It just seems like there would be more traffic about this online if this problem was more widespread.

I'm in the same boat. I called Thursday and they told me they were having issues, but they didn't seem to have anything specific to say. I kind of got the impression that I was the first one to bring it to their attention - my transcript was "processed" on Monday.

It's certainly frustrating, but at least it's happening way before application time. I just wish I could see my report because I'm three years out of school and don't remember my GPA, ha.
