Addendum? Forum

I was in law school for 2 weeks a few years back. I'm applying again this fall, should I include an addendum in my app explaining that I only attended for 2 weeks and then withdrew for personal reasons or is this not necessary. It would only be a line or 2 so it might not even look good. I don't really have any excuse.

Every application I filled out asked if I previously attended a law school. So, you'll have to disclose this whether you want to or not.
