Procedure for Addendum Forum

Sorry if this has been asked before. Im wondering how to go about submitting an addendum, given the fact that most applications are submitted online. Will there be a section available when I fill out the lsac versions of my applications to upload additional documentation, or will I need to send a hard copy directly to the institution? Thanks
