Hey guys.
I have taken LSAT 3 times already. (October 2010, December 2010, December 2013).
I cancelled the first two. I got 164 (this is way below my usual PT score) in December 2013. I was hoping to get into top 14 schools so I wasn't happy.. But I still applied and got admitted to William and Mary.
Now I have about 2 months before I actually go to law school. I already paid all the deposits and I applied for the student accomodation and I got visa from William and Mary. but I just wanna try once more. so I have registered for June 2014 LSAT. (I don't live in US so June exam is near the end of June)
My question is
1. June 2014 LSAT is my 4th test. How do schools view my 4th LSAT? As I said above, I cancelled the first 2 scores. I got 164 in my third exam.
If I score above 170 in my 4th exam, would I have a chance to get into top 14?
2. If I don't get good score in June 2014, I will just go to William and Mary. But If I get good score in the 4th test(June 2014), I want to use this score and apply again this year so that I go to a better law school next year. Can I do this? In other words, in this circumstance where I got already admitted to William and Mary and paid all the deposits and got student visa, am I allowed to take my 4th LSAT and decide not to go to William and Mary this year and apply again next year?
Thank you very much guys. Please help me.

Most schools won't care that you took it four times tbh. Cracking 170 gives you a shot at T14, assuming your GPA isn't something absurd.

You don't have to go to a school just because you paid the deposit. You just lose that money.
Any school should be able to get you a student visa. But I don't know the effect of cancelling one, maybe it depends where you are from? That should be easy to find out.
