I had some great offers this year, but they would have been insanely better with just a few more LSAT points. I have decided to retake.
Ideally, I'd like to apply to the schools that gave me full rides BEFORE I retake in late September; I'll send in my apps the first day they become available. What will these schools see in my LSAC file in terms of my pending retake?
Also - for these schools, what's the consensus? If you've been admitted once before, are schools cool with giving you solicited a fee waiver once applications open up?

The schools you're applying to will know that you're scheduled to take the LSAT in Sep. I'm pretty sure they will wait for Sep. to evaluate your application, but no one knows for sure.

Schools don't generally make a ton of decisions before scores come out. I think you will be fine. They do see pending LSATs though IIRC
