Incomplete on Transcript

Post by theycallmefoes » Thu Apr 10, 2014 3:38 pm

I've been holding off on sending an updated transcript until an incomplete is expunged. However, I recently found out that GW is holding my application as incomplete until they receive an updated transcript (I've received responses from 10+ schools based on the transcript on file without a problem; still waiting on 3 other schools, but they all have my application listed as complete). Will sending the updated transcript with the incomplete hurt me? The GPA would increase from 3.76 to 3.79.

Bumping this up, because I'd really appreciate some input.

Bump. If the rest of the transcript is pretty solid, especially the last few semesters, is there an assumption that the incomplete will be resolved, or is that just wishful thinking? Anybody?

Incompletes are included from GPA calculation if your school considers them non-punitive. If they are punitive, LSAC will view them as an F.

Schools just care about your number and that you will graduate before class starts.
