Do you need to fill out FAFSA?

I received a full tuition scholarship and won't be taking out any loans.

No. Why would you need to fill out a form for financial aid when you don't need financial aid?

Not even for COA? Fill it out. It isn't going to hurt you and takes like 30 minutes

Fill it out. You may end up needing and or wanting COA loans. Also, double check with your school; some schools want it for merit scholarships even after they've been offered.
