international GPA

I received my undergraduate degree from abroad, the gpa system is very different from the US, and there is no raw score. I ranked 3rd in the class, my GPA is 4.45/5. I got my ph.d from the US. will Law school still weight my undergraduate gpa very much? thank you :? :? :? :?
