I know that applicants usually send LOCIs to schools when they have been waitlisted or held. A school I'm really interested in has not made a decision yet - would it be appropriate to send a LOCI before they do so? Would it potentially benefit me? I especially want to write one because, since applying, I've visited the school and sat in on a class there, so I'd like the school to know that I'm actively pursuing a seat there.
Thanks!

I did this. I think it helped.
My letters were well written though. Make sure there are no typos and it's not just a page of "I reallllly want to go to your school"
