I will be taking the LSAT in June and if unhappy with the score retaking in October however,I will be graduating in the fall of 2014 so I won't receive my final grades until possibly late December. My (personally) calculated lsac GPA at the end of this spring semester will most likely stand at 3.15 or better. I will only need 13 units in the fall so my lsac gpa would only go up possibly .1 if I receive all "A". (My gpa is a joke cuz I played college sports for a couple years received some bad advice, also dealt with some anxiety issues, having since been resolved). I have taken 5 preptests scoring above 172 each time. I would like to practice in California, however I wouldn't mind moving for a t14 school and taking on a decent amount of debt if it meant I had mobility.
The way I see it I have 3 options: apply with a semester short of grades as early as possible this coming cycle, apply in January of the coming cycle with a complete degree and final grades, or complete the semester and wait for the following cycle in 2015.
My question: What path is most advisable? I would appreciate any helpful feedback

Re: when to apply?
Apply this September.
The difference between 3.1 and 3.2 is pretty insignificant.
