I know this topic is a bit harebrained, but it's been niggling at me: what can recommenders see about me and my applications?
I have a professor who was kind enough to write me a recommendation on relatively short notice, and I'm starting to feel my application would be stronger if I waited until next cycle, for a variety of reasons. As I plan to use the recommendation in a couple of months, I'd feel more guilty if she knew I was wrong to tell her I needed it so quickly!
Thanks a lot!

Recommenders don't have access to anything in your LSAC file, if that's what you're asking.

your recommender probably wouldn't mind if you just told them.
