New LOR question

Post by js123 » Wed Feb 26, 2014 2:58 pm

I was previously planning on applying for this cycle, and rushing to get my apps in by January, but decided to instead apply for next cycle. One of my LOR was a professional one (from my employer), and was put together a bit quickly. He has told me he would like to spend more time on it and improve it.

So basically I am wondering if a recommender can submit a new LOR in place of the old one?

He already submitted it? I think you should be able to just create a new recommendation and have him resubmit it.

I know for sure if he submitted it online he can rescind it and resubmit. All he has to do it log in the way he did when he submitted and he'll see how to do it. There's probably a way to do that if he mailed it in too, but he'll prob have to call LSAC.
