Two Ws my last two semesters

Our school recently changed from the 4 credit system to the 3 credit system

Will having a W for each of my last semesters look bad?

The credit system seems irrelevant to this question. Is there something I'm missing? But one or two W's are unlikely to raise any eyebrows.
